  • How the opposing world views underlying conflict arose, why they still have power, and how to meet them effectively.

  • How a specific communication paradigm (that goes way beyond "active listening”) dissolves resistance, building trust and flexibility.

  • How a few trained leaders practicing a new skill set can change the culture of a congregation

  • How this deep community spiritual practice energizes and renews commitment
